• 1. What is One click purchase?

  One click purchase allows you to trade crypto currencies in many TRY pairs.

• 2. Why should I use One click purchase?

  One click purchase has a simplified interface for fast and easy crypto currency trading. It is more practical and instant.

• 3. What is the difference between One click purchase and the traditional Buy/Sell?

  There is no operational difference between One click purchase and the traditional Buy/Sell. One click purchase uses the "Market Order" by default for your trades to be quickly executed, and provides a simplified interface for easier trading.

• 4. What is the commission rate?

  One click purchase transactions are executed through “Market Order”, so you will be charged for “Takers” commission by default. If there is an ongoing “Taker” commission fee campaign on the trading pair that you’re transacting, you can also benefit from this campaign by using One click purchase. • 5. Why is there a difference between the amount I received after the transaction and the estimated amount?

  Since the transactions are performed instantly in the market, the values displayed on the One click purchase page are the closest prices and estimated values at that moment. Therefore, it’s expected to see minor deviations in the received amounts, either upward or downward.

• 6. Why do I still have small balances after the transaction?

  Trade amounts are executed as multiples of the minimum trade quantity for the relevant trading pair. For example, the minimum trading amount for the USDT/TRY trading pair is 1 USDT. Assuming the current price of 1 USDT is 27 TRY, if you enter 30 TRY in the buy amount field, the remaining 3 TRY will not be processed and will stay in your wallet.
